About ZDSS
The Slovenian Chamber of Tax Advisers (ZDSS) is an independent and voluntary professional organisation representing companies and individuals active in tax consultancy in Slovenia. Its activities date back to 1993.
In Slovenia, the tax adviser profession is not regulated by law. ZDSS aims to secure formal recognition of the profession and enhance tax advisers’ role in safeguarding taxpayers’ rights. The Chamber prioritises professional competence, ethical and lawful tax advice, and building trust between advisers and clients.
Until statutory regulation is established, ZDSS upholds high professional standards through its certification system, code of conduct, ongoing training, and knowledge sharing. It also participates in tax policy discussions and works to enhance the quality and recognition of the tax advisory profession in Slovenia.
