ETAF Board

ETAF is administered by its Board, composed of its President and currently five other Board members. All members of our Board, including our President, are members of one of our eight Member organisations.

Our Board is in charge of defining and approving our political strategy and priorities. It oversees our public interest-oriented objectives and ETAF’s activities. Together with our team, the Board meets regularly to determine ETAF’s most important concerns, develop opinion statements, plan our conferences and discuss current European tax and professional law issues.

The present Board was elected on 17 April 2024 by ETAF’s General Assembly for a three-year mandate.
  • Chartered Accountant (Expert-comptable) in France, President of the Latin Committee Europe Africa (CILEA), Former President of CSOEC (Ordre des Expert Comptables), Former President of the Mediterranean Federation of Accountants (FCM), Former president of the European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for SMEs (EFAA)
  • Tax Adviser, Vice-President of the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisers of Germany (Bundessteuerberaterkammer, BStBK), President of the Regional Chamber of Tax Advisers Westphalia-Lippe (Steuerberaterkammer Westfalen-Lippe) in North-Rhine Westphalia
  • Tax Adviser and Certified Public Auditor, Honorary President of the German Tax Advisers Association of Lower Saxony Saxony-Anhalt (Steuerberaterverband Niedersachsen Sachsen-Anhalt), President of the Regional Chamber of Auditors of Lower Saxony (Wirtschaftsprüferkammer Niedersachsen), President of Association of liberal professions Lower Saxony (Verband der Freien Berufe im Lande Niedersachsen)
  • Certified Tax Adviser and Certified Tax Accountant, Former President of the Belgian Institute of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisers (ITAA), Vice-President of FIDEF (Fédération Internationale des Expert-comptables francophones)
  • Expert Accountant, Vice-President of CECCAR in charge of international affairs, Professor at Bucharest University of Economic Studies
  • Registered Tax Expert of VAT, Audit and International affairs, Vice-President of the Association of Hungarian Certified Tax Professionals (Magyar Okleveles Adószakértők Egyesülete, MOKLASZ)
